Cehelska Piano Studio - Awards Recital

Cehelska Piano Studio is presenting an awards recital at the First Presbyterian Church on Sunday, June 5th 2005, at three o'clock in the afternoon. The church is located at the corner of 36th and Pacific in Virginia Beach. We are presenting, among others, the music of Bach, Pachabel, Beethoven, Schubert, Dvorak, Bartok, Liszt, Tchaikovsky, Tcherepnin, Rachmaninoff, and Ukrainian composers Klymovsky and Fomenko. Also on the program is Music of the Night from The Phantom of the Opera, Linus and Lucy from Peanuts, Gershwin's I've Got Rhythm, and Jim Brickman's Angel Eyes. Awards and trophies will be presented to students who have worked most diligently during the 2004-2005 piano year. This recital has been noted as the best at the beach, so please come to hear the fine music and to see the exquisite formal fashions of our performers.
